| "job satisfaction, how you identify key issues that drag you down, solutions to overcome and best of all, you feel great yourself." |

Let’s face it! It doesn’t matter the current position is offering higher salary than the previous one, you hate it! That’s true. This will demotivate you and certainly, will drag you down day after day, you’ll find yourself slow, laziness, lack of creatiness … sort of demotivation matter. Well, if you don’t solve it yourself, you ‘re out.
The point here is, what ‘s actually dragging you down? Is that the matter of salary, career promotion, personal relationship? I suggest you to seriously analyze the issues and find out solutions to overcome.
Beginning with a blank sheet of paper, write down what you dream of as working in an ideal work place, consider the following aspects: Income, job securities, job promotion, travel, relationship, tools of trade, organization culture, the nature of the project or task you are handling. Next, define such aspects in details, try to describe how you want it to be. Remember to be clear and subjective.
Last, but not least, be clear about your goal, I mean long term goal. At the end of the day, what you want to achieve and how you will achieve your goal, in how long, where you want that take place, who you want to be partnered with in order to achieve … no matter how you do the analysis, be clear and honest to yourself as if you are doing this for somebody else, someone you love.
The concept of doing the analysis is to find out how you’re looking at your problem? Is that big concern or just a tiny barrier you are facing along the road. Once the analysis is done, you will identify key issues that are stirring your head. Hopefully you will find solutions yourself and afterall, the most important thing is you can feel it job satisfaction.
