| "Like most people, some mornings when I wake up and feel like exhausted about working. I had problem with motivation" |

“I've been feeling totally generally unmotivated recently, as regards work, things around home. Even to do something pleasant like going for dinner has taken a great deal of effort.”
“I have been demotivated to work for the past 3 months. I feel like dragging my laziness to the office every morning. I am frequently tardy”.
I had the same feeling like this before, even worse. I could not cope up with project deadline, never take initiative in doing any work, creativeness was killed too. I talked to myself one day “Man, what do you want now?” “How do you want to get out of this depression?” “What actually demotivated you?”. The situation not just happened in a month or two, it took a longer time so that I can realize that I was hooked in some sort of sickness. Normally, a Hollywood movie could ease the stress down, or some novel by John Grisham could get me away from real life full of burden for a while. But as I said, the problem is so tough that a movie or novel could not help me out.
In some cases, someone else will give the you need. But that is just not strong and sustainable to get you far and stable. What you need is the motivation from inside.
Everyone has their own way to get out of demotivation. Try anything, any means that works for you. And when you have a real, big problem, I suggest that you should get a way for some time. Going away from the current place, where home, office or people are all the same everyday, to where you are no longer bothered by sales call and projects.
Take a look at a singer, actor, or MC, those careers have some similar characteristics being appear in front of public everyday. So, how they could get up everyday? I believe GOAL that all they have. Goal drives them to follow track to success.
