Role Profile

• Lead and coordinate a team of business representatives to deliver Phase 1 & 2 of a recruitment plan to increase the number of key IT staff across the NPIA. Main point of contact with HR recruitment.
• Manage the resource capacity and utilisation of the CTO Unit (centre for IT services in NPIA).
• Produce and implement a resourcing strategy, process and systems.
• Define and gain management sign on to the Business Transformation role to ensure that all NPIA technical resources are managed under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Main Achievements:
• Delivered the new system using AGILE software development techniques.
• Unified and lead the Serck and National Grid groups to maximise team working and delivery potential.
• Delivered the SCADA system which was a mix of adapted core software (SCX) and bespoke applications.
