| Work Experience: | September 2009 to Present Beaver Mountain Log Homes Inc. New York. International Sales Consultant. Self Employed. 1994 to May 2009 Lok-N-Logs International Inc. Director of International Sales. Responsibilities: Head of international sales and Marketing of a well established Timber building manufacturing company. Working directly with clients from all over the world from initial design to the completion of their project. Managing and frequently visiting International sub Dealers looking after their needs from advertising assistance, technical updates, and product knowledge instruction etc. The post requires a very good knowledge of the Building Industry, Technical Drawing reading, Computer skills, Architecture, Quantity Surveying and general on Site management and Health & Safety requirements. ACHIEVEMENTS From starting the post has expanded the company’s sales within Europe to achieve sales from Zero in 1994 to $15,000,000 USD in 2009. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE During the last 15 years whilst working for LokNLogs Inc. I built seven new houses and subcontracted out all the works I did all the project management for the development personally. I became an NHBC registered builder in The United Kingdom during the construction of these homes, which were completed in 2006. In 2002 I purchased a small Farm in France with a view to build a Holiday Villlage. Following 6 years of planning consultations, I now have Planning Permission for 38 chalets on my land. Worked in London on several famous buildings such as, Guys hospital, London Bridge Station, HMSO in Battersea, and several glass tower blocks in the City. |
