• Managing all aspects of the DC's financial, operational, people and process and service related objectives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost-to-serve; Participates in strategic and business process improvement projects for the distribution network.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of and recommends alternatives for work methods, procedures, controls and staffing to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of product; manage to ensure warehouse layout is optimally aligned for maximum efficiency as seasonality and inventory needs require
• Interact with business partners to drive results and deliver solutions including Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Human Resources, Asset Protection and Stores; identify and share best practices across the Distribution network. Build relationships with store partners in regional area.
• Directly responsible for ensuring that Store and Customer needs are met, service is managed to KPIs, and any Store or Customer concern is handled promptly and completely. • Transportation supervisor. Implement projects saving up to $160,000 USD per year. Implementing improvements in the timings of delivery and efficiency. Implementing and pursuing savings of white Cement shipment costs via Cd. Valles to Zacatecas and with destiny in Torreon. In charge of controlling the transport of Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Durango, Torreon & Monclova.
