Job description:
An International Property Development Company based in Middle East is on the lookout for Senior Manager-Contracts & Procurement.

Some of the responsibilities would be as follows:
• Identify strategic sourcing needs for the company by reviewing the purchase requirement of the various development projects in various geographical locations.
• Pre-qualify and develop preferred vendor list for different kep purchase across in consultation with the respective Business Unit Head in different geographies.
• Assist the Business Unit in identifying the mode of tender and creating the Tendering List.
• Review and evaluate the tender received and related evaluation reports.
• Manage project-related procurement. Audit Business Unit operations to ensure compliance with Corporate quality, technical and commercial standards.
• Develop policies, guidelines, tools and templates to aid the Business Unit in managing their project procurement function
Skills: The candidate should have: • Degree in engineering with 10-12 years experience in project management function within the real estate development/project management/construction sector of which at least 5 years. • Should have been in a Senior position in procurement/contracts management with significant exposure to vendor management.
