We are headquartered in Chicago, IL USA and we have manufacturing plants in WI; MA; IN; MI; Stroud, England; and Suzhou, China as well as Sales and Service throughout the entire world. We use the latest technology to design and engineer the perfect fit and then install the turnkey system to exact specifications. We are currently looking for a strong, enthusiastic and persuasive leader to direct and manage the company’s European Sales force.
The Vice President of Sales-Europe will establish a sales and distribution offices through Europe, with an emphasis on the Eastern European countries: Poland, Russia, Germany, and Czech Republic etc.
A Bachelors degree is required with advanced business degree preferred.
The candidate must have 10+ years of sales management experience with Equipment that has been sold and distributed throughout Europe.
Experience with Business Development within Plastics, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food processing is required.
The ideal candidate will have sold machinery or equipment for a US company and grown the region.
Experience growing, training and mentoring a direct sales team and developing distributors or Manufacturers Rep groups in Europe.
The position will be the company’s European contact for all Business Development activities.
The candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills and speak English. |
