Salzer Consulting is a well established, international consulting and executive search firm providing Fortune 500 clients with highly customized solutions. These include the project management of large start-ups, HR due diligence / post M&A integration, restructuring and high level executive search throughout the Asia Pacific Region. Having partnered with one of the world’s largest management consultancy groups in 2006, MCG Plc (www.mcgplc.com) a UK listed firm, we are currently undergoing a rapid, regional expansion.
In this newly created role you will lead the business development team (Asia wide) in developing and implementing professional sales and client service strategies and activities throughout Salzer Consulting for both current and prospective clients in order to achieve the group’s annualised targets. You will also drive the Consultancy team to scope and deliver high quality HR Consultancy assignments on-time, on-specification and on-budget. Assisting, in conjunction with the other members of the executive team, with the development of the strategic direction of Salzer Consulting, you will be a key member of the company.
Highly educated with a deep background in management consulting, you will have extensive Asian experience and a ‘hands on’ attitude. Strong business development skills teamed with exceptional negotiation, influencing and presentation skills as well as fluency in English and a local language, this represents a career making opportunity within this high growth consultancy firm.
