The Unique Opportunity:
Due to continuing company success and expansion plans targeting the Business Communications and Collaboration Technologies market, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional individual to undertake business to business research within the Information & Communications Practice at Frost & Sullivan.
The Industry Analyst is responsible for undertaking business to business research, assimilating market data and the analysis of industry trends. The role involves authoring expert market reports, direct client interaction and supporting confidential research and strategic consulting assignments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to strategically target and expand our growing client base, targeting relevant services and propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
To undertake business-to-business research, analyse industry trends, whilst generating client focused reports, briefings and presentations
To produce strategic market research content based on primary and secondary research methodologies
To contribute directly to confidential consulting projects
Develop and maintain client relationships, participating in client workshops
Promote and develop analytical findings through specific industry conferences

| Skills: |
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
A degree level education or equivalent within a related discipline
Thorough understanding of research methodologies and/or strategic marketing.
Strong attention to detail, with the confidence and ability to initiate and manage market research projects
Ability to forge close working relationships with a commercial acumen and analytical mind
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi task
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills within English
The ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a multi-location team environment
Desirable:
Industry knowledge of one or more enterprise communications technologies, applications and products, such as enterprise TDM & IP telephony systems, VoIP solutions, desktop and server-based collaboration applications like Microsoft LCS/OCS and Lotus Notes and unified communications, like Siemens OpenScape.
A post graduate qualification (i.e. Masters in a relevant business/technical subject)
