| Responsibilities
1. Responsible for implementation, maintenance and daily management NetSuite CRM system.
2. Responsible for technical and system administration for CRM, including data integration with multiple systems: e-mail marketing solution, member data mart, Web site and inventory management system.
3. Responsible for functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all CRM-related policies and procedures. Define and write functional requirements based on UP staff business needs.
4. Responsible for providing front line support with regards to all aspects of CRM and data maintenance.
5. Responsible for planning, reviewing and customizing CRM as needed to meet needs of UP staff.
6. Responsible for UP staff CRM adoption and satisfaction, including training users on CRM application relevant to their jobs; provide support to users and maintain proper CRM access; and support end user technical requests.
7. Responsible for monitoring end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks and maintaining and updating system documentation.
8. Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality of data and perform regular data audits; resolve of data integrity issues.
9. Responsible for development, functional testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, CRM releases and system integration based on user/business needs
10. Responsible for developing, documenting and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
11. Responsible for development and maintenance of custom application extensions using system API and third party tools.
12. Responsible for conducting data queries and integration of data from multiple systems – e.g. Web site, email database, etc. Responsible for providing product feedback to vendor and tracking of requested enhancements.
13. Responsible for conducting data analysis using a union member data mart, running reports and queries based on business needs.
14. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

| Skills: |
Position Qualifications
1. Four-year college degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science)
2. Two to five years experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration and analysis
3. At least one year experience with Salesforce, NetSuite or other on-demand CRM system administration
4. At least one year experience with scripting desired.
5. Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment
7. Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
8. Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio. HTML, Javascript and ColdFusion preferred
11. Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environment
12. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
13. Union experience a plus
