| Responsible for applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial statements for each of our boutiques and factory; compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions; reviewing data regarding material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income and expenditures to prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports to summarize current and projected financial position; auditing contracts, orders and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement; inspecting items in boutique's ledgers to determine if accepted accounting procedures was followed transactions; counting cash on hand, inspecting notes receivable and payable and canceled checks; verifying journal and ledger entries on cash and checking and trial by examining and authenticating inventory for management concerning scope of audit, financial conditions of founds; and source and application of funds; making recommendations regarding improving operations and financial position of company. |
