Job description:
The Flash developer is responsible for customized development of Flash-based animation suggested by a team concept or indicated by clients’ specifications. S/he will analyze, design, and develop web-based applications using various languages which may include porting and migrating existing applications to new versions, installing and upgrading processes, and diagnosing issues, and performing bug fixes/software maintenance or configuration.

Requirements:
• Experience in front-end development using Flash, Photoshop, Adobe AIR, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and Dreamweaver programs, HTML, DHTML, CSS, ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0, JavaScript, and other computer applications for multimedia production
• Proficiency in working with an understanding of database concepts: mySQL, PHP and/or .NET, ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server and their integration with Flash Development is a plus.
• Solid Object -Oriented skills with ability to write fast, elegant, clean codes
• Game development experience is a plus
• 3D design/modeling background is a plus
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following: Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Must be responsible and a dynamic team player
• Good communication skills
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
