Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking), Malaysia, by TTEC Malaysia Sdn Bhd (TeleTech)
Job description:
Fixed working hours (Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 5:00pm)
Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures.
Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects.
Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested
Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Linguistics/Languages, Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): customer service skills, good phone ettiquettes, computer Literate
Preferred skill(s): Possess good analytical and probing skills
Required language(s): English, Japanese
Able to commence work immediate
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
