Job Description:
|
1. Develops and implements policies, guidelines, systems and procedures on human resources/personnel management and development.
2. Administers and handles personnel recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, counseling and other services.
3. Develops and implements policies, systems, rules and procedures on career pathing and career planning.
4. Formulates and implements policies on performance appraisals, leave administration, and other incentive/ benefit packages for all employees.
5. Provides effective personnel relations and communications services.
6. Establishes and maintains a centralized personnel records system.
7. Manages training and employees’ career development.
8. Maintains and manages MD’s daily itinerary, meeting schedules and business appointments.
9. Does business correspondence, IOL/Ms (inter office letters/memos), inquiries, proposals and business documents as needed.
10. Facilitates MDs personal and business travel arrangements such as flight and hotels bookings.
11. Perform other related functions.
